During the debate, my opponent did make some misleading and incorrect statements, but the only one that I want to address is his closing remarks regarding municipal aggregation. My opponent did vote against it three years ago and clearly isn't a fan, but the adoption of it would recieve a public hearing like any other matter before the City Council, it's been proven to save money which is why 225 other communities have already adopted it, and residents and businesses can opt out at any time should they choose and even re-enroll in the future if they choose.
